What do we do at Friday Night Revolution?

Revolution is a whole smorgasbord of events, activities, games, small group and teaching times on Friday nights, along with a variety of off campus weekend retreats.  Revolution is a high energy and highly interactive environment, encouraging students to have their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be the Church today!  Our aim on Friday nights is to equip students to be agents of change in their community and the world.  We believe that God has given youth a “Call to Change” the world, which begins in the community around them, and extends to the rest of the world.  Revolution’s environment is designed to be a place where every person is valued for who they are, but loved too much to leave them where they’re at.  Come and join us as we look at our world’s needs and God’s purpose for our lives!  Every grade 7-12 student is more than welcome to come out!

Why “Revolution” is the new name for Friday Nights?

To briefly unpack why we changed from RETRO to Revolution…As all things organic, Beverly Alliance Youth group has been growing and changing.  The transition has been one of students coming to RETRO to discover what it is to “become the Church?”  This year we will begin a journey of “being the Church” and doing the things that God has asked us to do.  Last year we learned to “Love God, Love People,” this year through God’s love in us we will watch God impact both us and the world around us as we respond to His mission for us personally and as a youth group “Called to Change!”
